Terms and conditions

These terms apply to enquiries, quotations and bookings made with Coach Hire Rental Ltd, trading as GB Coach Hire ("we", "us", "our"), registered office 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE. By submitting an enquiry or accepting a quotation you agree to these terms.

Quotes and bookings

A website enquiry or quotation is not a confirmed booking. A booking becomes binding only once we have issued written confirmation and, where required, received a deposit or full payment. Quoted prices are based on the journey information supplied and may be revised if the route, passenger numbers, vehicle type, timings or stops change.

Journey information

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination addresses, dates, times, passenger numbers, luggage requirements and any accessibility or special requirements. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the price quoted, vehicle availability or our ability to safely and lawfully perform the journey, and may result in a revised quotation or a journey being declined.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit, balance due date and accepted payment methods, will be confirmed at the time of booking. Bookings are not guaranteed until any required deposit has been received.

Cancellations and changes

Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the travel date a booking is cancelled, and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Requests to change a confirmed journey are subject to vehicle and driver availability and may incur an additional charge. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability.

Driver hours and waiting time

All journeys are operated in accordance with applicable UK and EU drivers' hours and road transport regulations. Waiting time beyond any period included in the quotation may be charged at an additional rate, confirmed in advance where possible.

Passenger conduct and luggage

Passengers must behave in a way that does not endanger the safety of themselves, other passengers, the driver or other road users. We reserve the right to refuse travel or terminate a journey where passenger conduct presents a safety risk. Luggage should be declared accurately in advance; we reserve the right to refuse luggage that was not declared and cannot be safely or legally carried.

Our liability

We will perform booked journeys with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform a journey caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, road closures, weather, mechanical failure despite reasonable maintenance, or events of force majeure. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If you are unhappy with a journey, please contact us at info@gbcoachhire.com or 0203 870 5195 as soon as possible so we can investigate and respond.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
