You can contact us directly any time but take some time and read through the frequently asked questions on our website. If you have requested a quote already and you have some queries on that quote or your itinerary kindly contact our customer support or travel agent directly.
How do I pay for my vehicle?
You can pay cash on the day or you can pay via your credit or debit card using PayPal.
How far in advance can I book my transport?
All online bookings should be made 24hrs before the journey is going to take place. For transport required within 24hrs please call us on the telephone number provided to confirm availability.
Are the prices per passenger of per vehicle?
All our charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.
Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed.
If you provide a flight number, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed because we monitor flight arrivals at all UK airports. Please make sure you provide your flight number to the booking operator.
How will I find my driver at the airport?
All our drivers will be given your contact information so they will call you to meet them in a specific location in the arrivals section. Meet and greet services may include an extra charge so please contact our operator for further information.
Are your drivers qualified?
All drivers working for our company are fully qualified and registered with the local licencing authority.
Do you take on company contracts?
Yes we do take on company contracts, please fill in our contact form and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
How long before departure will the coach arrive?
The coach will arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before the specified departure time. This provides plenty of time for passengers to board and the driver to load luggage onto the coach.
Can I drink alcohol onboard?
Alcohol can’t be consumed onboard unless agreed in advance. A small deposit may be requested. Please contact us for more information.
Why can’t my address be found?
Occasionally, our system doesn’t recognise an address. This may be due to a "place name" which we don’t know of. You could try typing the address instead. Another reason might be because it can’t find the house number. In this case, you should enter the address without the house number. If you’re still having problems, don’t hesitate to contact our team.
Are your drivers experienced?
Our drivers are very experienced and are fully trained. They’re also DBS-checked, allowing them to look after all groups, including children.
Why is a bigger coach less expensive than a smaller one?
At GB Coach Hire, we show prices on rental coaches from various operators. All coach operators determine their own prices. This is the reason why bigger coaches can sometimes be cheaper than smaller ones. There may also be differences in the quality of the coaches. We recommend looking at previous reviews of the buses.
How can I hire a coach?
You can hire a coach on our site by entering the date and time you wish to travel and the place you want to travel to and from. We’ll then provide you with prices on coaches available for hire in your area.
Is it free to search for a coach?
It’s completely free to search for rental coaches on the GB Coach Hire website and our service is non-binding. You can book a bus immediately.
What sizes of coaches can I hire?
At GB Coach Hire, you can rent coaches of various sizes, from small minibuses through to big double decker buses. There are vehicles to suit all group sizes. If your group is too big for one bus, simply go ahead and hire another – it’s as simple as that!
What factors influence the cost when hiring a coach?
There are various factors which influence the price of coach hire. Date, time and destination will all control how much it will cost to hire a coach.
Is the driver included in the cost of coach hire
The cost of coach hire through GB Coach Hire always includes a driver. We don’t provide coach rental without a driver.
Will there be any stops during my journey?
On longer trips, stops may be necessary to provide adequate rest time. These stops will be included in the price.
Are there toilets on the coaches?
Many of coaches have toilet facilities onboard. You will be able to use these free of charge.
Do coaches have free Wi-Fi?
Some coaches provide passengers with access to free Wi-Fi.
Will I have to pay anything after my trip?
Once you’ve fully paid the invoice for your coach hire, you won’t be charged anything. However, in the event that you have caused damage to the coach, you will be charged.
